Paulina Proper assists clients in a variety of real estate matters, including acquisition and disposition of residential and commercial property, retail and commercial leasing, resort real estate development, and community association matters. She has represented clients both as in-house and outside counsel. Paulina has recently returned to the Vail Valley, where she had previously lived for nearly ten years, after time spent practicing real estate and corporate law in Phoenix, Arizona and Washington, D.C.

- Counsel to developer of $30M assisted living facilities in Colorado and Arizona on acquisition and corporate matters.
